- PLEASE BRING THIS TO DVD!!
I just want to throw my vote in here that this really needs to be on DVD!
It's an 80's classic for all the teens who remember seeing it in the theaters & rooting for Joe to get away from the prison guards & helicopters.

- My favorite movie in this genre of all time!
Perfect in two ways!
1. Great 80s Movie. Captures the era like the way a Picasso painting captures the essence of its subject. The characters, setting, mood and vibes are all here.

2. Genuine and great love story. Lacks the cheesy genre performance that plagued similar theme film from this time. Characters are well drawn, developed and made to move thru the plot like real people. Chemistry between everyone is so perfect.

This movie is one of my all time favorites! I love it. It appeals to almost anyone - guys and girls and has some good action, romanticism, a little suspense and a possible soul mate connection. Great 80's music and appeal too. Give this movie a chance, you might be pleasantly surprised!

I'm really upset that this movie isn't out on DVD yet! I know it's 80's and I know what people think about movies like this, but like most of you... it took hold of me when I was young and never let go. I'm from a very small town and we had a small cheesy video store.
