As opposed to the studio-bound television show, this feature film has a lot more visual diversity and is a bright, good-looking production. - Favorite through 3 kids in 10 years!!
This Barney movie is a favorite of my toddler now and was a favorite of my other 2. As a family we still cant help but watch and sing along!!!

- Not bad, not bad at all
My daughter was given the tape (yes tape not dvd) of Barney and I had no intention of showing it to my little one. However one day my kid was tired and wanted to watch tv so I popped this in. I was ready for the torture but was surprised at how good this movie was. I mean, no its not a masterpiece but the kids werent as corney as I remember them being on the show. I actually sat through the whole thing with my kid. This is the ONLY movie my daughter likes.

We got this DVD as a hand-me-down from my child's older cousin. I really didn't expect a Barney movie to be at all watchable, but it is. My 2 year old absolutely loves this, so I've seen it repeatedly and don't suffer. It is a cute story with a decent children's plotline and is visually appealing. The young actors are good and quite likeable. Great movie and it came in from Amazon early with no damage. I highly recommend this movie to those young Barney fans.
