I found this movie to have a simple, yet profound message, done in a most entertaining way. It's a film to be watched several times. On first watch, it may seem like a predictable story but the messages become more thought-provoking the second and third time around. That's why it's in my library.

Very Inspiring, I applied this to my own life, work, golf, shooting and other aspects, with great success. This Athlete was truley amazing in his recovery.

Highly recommended for those who are looking for an insight to a "healthier" way of living in their thought processes. It was recommended by two professionals and they were right on the money as far as how one can be inspired by this movie.

- It's OK but not as good as the book.
Book is much better, but that's how it usually is. They can't simply fit all of the book into the movie. Still for people who don't like to read much I guess it's an OK introduction to Dan Millman's books.

Excellent movie. Followed the book very well. Nick Nolte was particularly good in it as was the younger man.
